About Robert Lotz
Robert Lotz is an Associate in Reminger's Cincinnati office. His practice includes general liability, insurance matters, and personal injury and property damage lawsuits arising from car and trucking accidents, landslides, slip and fall incidents, and premises liability matters. He also defends construction defect and damage, breach of contract, and warranty claims. He originally joined Reminger as a law clerk in 2017, where he gained experience in a wide variety of practice groups and in all aspects of litigation.
Rob graduated summa cum laude and second in his class from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, where he was a recipient of the Henry Clay Merit Scholarship. Rob was also Senior Editor on the Editorial Board of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Currently, he serves as an adjunct instructor with the national trial advocacy team at Chase. Prior to joining Reminger, Rob served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Karen L. Litkovitz of the United States District Court in the Southern District of Ohio.
