About Patrick Flores
Patrick Flores joined the Policastri Law Firm, LLC in 2019 and is admitted to practice before the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the U.S. District Court of Maryland.
With more than a decade of experience in civil litigation, Patrick provides cost-effective legal representation to businesses and individuals in Maryland and the District of Columbia. While Patrick is well-versed in many areas of the law, his practice concentrates primarily on commercial litigation matters, including all types of residential and commercial business transactions. Patrick successfully represents clients in all phases of litigation through complex business disputes with multiple parties, including government agencies.
Patrick was born and raised in Montgomery County. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He earned his Juris Doctor at The University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as executive editor for the Business Lawyer and the Journal of Business and Technology. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick practiced in the area of insurance defense and personal injury, trying over one hundred civil and personal actions throughout Maryland. He also held clerkships with the Department of Justice – Criminal Division/Terrorism and Violent Crimes, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
