About Kelli Goss
I am a partner with the construction law firm of Conner Gwyn Schenck in the Raleigh office. I am also a licensed architect and member of the AIA. Prior to attending law school I was a partner in a prominent architectural firm in Raleigh, where I served as director of commercial and corporate architecture.
My construction law practice includes litigation and arbitration of construction and design defects, lien and bond claims, scope of work disputes, delay and acceleration claims and differing site condition claims. I also work with sureties and bond claims on private and public projects; and I review and prepare contracts and advise clients on best practices.
My government contracts experience includes litigating appeals before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. I regularly advise clients on government regulations and bid protests at the federal and state level.
I am active in the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law and I am currently serving my second term as a member of the City of Raleigh Appearance Commission.
