As a member of Pillsbury’s litigation practice, Julie Moeller focuses her practice on construction, complex commercial, and insurance coverage matters.
Julie has significant experience in complex litigation and arbitration, focusing on the areas of construction, hospitality, insurance, and energy-related disputes. Her experience also includes working as an in-house litigator for a national hospitality and gaming company with over 500 restaurants, as well as hotel, resort, and gaming properties. Julie has extensive experience with the following: construction disputes, including cost overrun, delay, and construction defect claims; ADA defense and compliance; personal injury claims; and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to her work as an in-house litigator, Julie also worked on many construction and insurance coverage disputes both before state and federal courts of New York and Texas and the AAA.
