About Jane Goldsmith
Jane Goldsmith serves as ESI Counsel, where she manages the firm’s eDiscovery services and advises the firm on eDiscovery best practices. In addition, Ms. Goldsmith oversees the eDiscovery litigation technical support team.
Prior to being named ESI Counsel, Ms. Goldsmith practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental litigation, insurance coverage and other litigation, including matters involving securities and construction. She served as coordinating counsel on large litigation matters throughout the United States, including declaratory actions brought by oil companies for determinations of insurance coverage for their North American environmental liabilities. Her ESI experience began with her work on these litigation matters involving large scale document reviews, including hands on document review, management of document review teams and coordination of vendor services. Her more recent experience includes consultation on eDiscovery matters including strategy for collection, review and production of ESI.
