About Gregory Gillis
Gregory P. Gillis is a shareholder of Sacks Tierney, P.A. where he chairs the Construction Practice Group. Greg has over 30 years of trial experience having represented clients in 13 of Arizona’s 14 county Superior Courts. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers in both residential and commercial construction projects, including disputes relating to construction contract terms and conditions, construction defects, delay, termination, warranty, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, prompt pay disputes and surety and license bond claims.
Mr. Gillis is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Construction, Commercial and Consumer Panel of Neutrals; National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (Arizona Chapter); he is peer reviewed AV Pre-Eminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 2010; a Best Lawyers in America in areas of Construction Law and Commercial Litigation 2012-present, Litigation-Construction 2020; a Southwest Super Lawyer in Construction Litigation since 2014.
