Mr. Pine is a seasoned trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses in a variety of practice areas, including, civil litigation, personal injury, criminal and white collar defense, real estate and construction litigation, and Title IX investigation defense at colleges and universities.
Mr. Pine began his career as a public defender with the New York City Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Practice in Bronx County. While there, he earned the respect and admiration of clients, peers and judges for his devoted client advocacy and polished trial skills. During this time, he fought for over 1,000 clients facing criminal charges and successfully attained not guilty verdicts, dismissals and suppression of evidence for his clients as lead counsel in both jury and bench trials.
Following his work on behalf of clients at the Legal Aid Society, Mr. Pine transitioned into private practice where he expanded his focus to helping companies and individuals in high-stakes civil and personal injury disputes. He has a winning track record of pursuing and defending cases against some of the largest law firms in Massachusetts in both state and federal courts. His meticulous preparation and strong negotiation skills have resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients, including settlements in the six and seven figure range.
