Electronic filing enables you to file from any computer any time of the day. When you e-file an action, you receive immediate confirmation of the date and time of filing. You will also receive email alerts related to your filings.

Regular filing fees for real estate still apply.

The Jefferson County Clerk of Superior Court’s Office does not publicly disclose information on recording backlog.

Every user must have an account to view and print images. The monthly charge for a regular account is $11.95. The cost to subscribe for a Single-Use account is a one-time activation fee of $5.00. However, a Single-Use account can be upgraded to a Regular account any time before the account expires.

The images may be viewed without charge and may be printed for a charge of $0.50 per page. Any method of accessing the images other than by printing is strictly prohibited.
