The Clerk of Court’s real estate records date back to 1796, when the county was first established. All of the deeds, plats and liens are available in the office in either books or on the public search terminals. Copies are $0.50 a page for regular copies or certified copies are $2.50 for the first page & $0.50 per each additional page.

The Clerk of Court accepts cash, money order, business check or debit/credit cards (4% transaction fee added to cards).
