We are a subcontractor trying to get paid for the work we performed on a Rycon project. Job level management is excellent. Corporate accounts payable is absolutely the worst customer I have ever worked for. They ignore statements, never answer the phone, return calls, messages, or emails. They are currently 9 months overdue on the final payment for a project that was completed, and accepted as a good, quality project. Would definitely hesitate to work for them again. MEP trade.

As a supplier, we submit a pay application and invoice to Skanska by the 20th. According to Skanska, they submit for payment to the Owner by the 25th. If owner approves, Skanska then retypes the pay application (that we've already submitted) and e-mail back for signatures and notary (that was already done on the original pay application) Then it's another 45-60 days before we received payment. i.e 90-120 days from invoice.
