Paid very quickly we have done 5 projects with them. As long as you get the paperwork turned in they get you paid. They require invoice waivers and AIA G702 to be completed for each payment application.

I have been waiting to get paid since January and it is now almost May. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with the project manager with little to no response after leaving voice-mail, text messages, and emails. Now they are trying to say some of the work we did was never done, or someone else did it, even though I have photos of my guys doing the work and detailed notes of who said to do the work, dates, and what work was asked to do.!!
