Read recent reviews submitted by contractors in Montana about owners and contractors.
We were the second subcontractor, we came in to be 'nice' and help finish the job that the prior subcontractor walked out. Their project managers worked diligently to make our company look bad, even though we have over 20 years of industry experience. My suggestion is to RUN if they approach you for any job!
On the edge of bankruptcy. Haven't paid subs or suppliers on our project. Incompetent owner has many complaints and several lawsuits filed against him. He will be sued on our project for contract fraud , destruction of property, and more.
Ryan Companies requested additional testing due to shoddy and failed workmanship the project. They passed along the drawings indicating the locations of additional testing, and scheduled the work. They hadn't taken the time to review our invoices for payment for five months from invoicing and as of six, we still have not received payment.
Over 100 days late on progress payment.
Target payments through Ariba couldn't be any easier. They pay on time-every time.
