Material and labor requested with urgency due to mismanaged project site. Payments are processed for urgent delivery of services and material. All issued invoices for change order approval discarded with unfounded back charges and claims. Change orders are processed min in eight weeks and paid in 12 to 14 weeks while additional orders for repairs are required daily without an organized order process.
