This company was very dishonest in dealing with us. They set up their superintendents on each of the locations which we are working. These supers started to work at 8 am and finished at 5 pm on a normal day. We were told by the supers that we couldn't start work til 9 pm and could only work with a super present. Therefore, when the super came to open up for us at 9;00 pm they were on overtime. After completed 5 different projects with different locations the back charged us for all the overtime [...] Learn more

Subcontractors beware if they don't want to hear about an issue they just won't pay you. They reject pay applications 4-6 weeks after they are submitted when you call looking for payment. Then they want to negotiate the amount down from what you turned in on the same draw they claim was rejected. Occurs almost every draw.
