If you do the steps to get paid you will get paid. It's that simple. All large contractors require a lot of information submitted. If you are not submitting what they clearly state in their contracts & submit the paperwork - required documents your payment is delayed

They frequently request lien releases for their properties, but we have no liens against any of their properties and therefore cannot give them any. I believe what they are requesting is a lien waiver, however, their staff is uneducated in what they are asking for and remain unhelpful. Bottom line - if services were rendered they owe and need to pay them in a timely fashion, which they never want to do.

Do not work for this company, they pay very late if they pay at all. While contracting with them i would have to repeatedly ask for payment. And then when he would pay something it wasn’t the full amount due at the time. When i stopped working for them he refused to pay what was due. Very bad business owner tryes to be a friend cause he thinks that makes it easier to screw your over. Had to file a lien and still have not received any of my money
