Terrible payers, agreed payment terms were ignored and we eventually got paid after 6 months wait. They used all sorts of excuses - wrong invoice address, wrong department, lost copy of the invoice, person dealing with payment left - absolutely dreadful

They frequently request lien releases for their properties, but we have no liens against any of their properties and therefore cannot give them any. I believe what they are requesting is a lien waiver, however, their staff is uneducated in what they are asking for and remain unhelpful. Bottom line - if services were rendered they owe and need to pay them in a timely fashion, which they never want to do.
