How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
Payments were made on time and the accounting department was helpful when I failed to upload required documents. The GC pay app they use has been great
They not answer e-mails or phone calls, horrible to pay subs. They control the GcPay program and keep waiting without any information about payment, the only solution is file a claim of lien to get their attention.
I've worked with Knoebel for 8 years or so on a variety of projects. 9/10 times they pay on time with little headache. Some of the girls in accounting help me out every now and again when I get behind on my paperwork haha.
