Terrible payers, excuse after excuse. Goes MIA for weeks on end. Over promises, under delivers. Lies, cheats, and steals their way through these projects. Burns their bridges, changes their company name and tries to get away with it all. They are a mess, don’t waste your time or money. It isn’t worth it.

There are "slow-paying" contractors in the industry and then there are "not paying until forced" contractors. If you do work for them, if you get paid, it will be about 6 months.

One day this might be on the news for theft of service. How can a company hire another to purchase materials then not pay for it, that should be illegal?

Our experience was unbelievable. Working with this company's poor management is bad enough, but to not get paid on top of that is ridiculous. It was common to have invoices 5 months old then find out there was a huge back charge (for their mistake). Just a fair warning, do some research online before you work with this company.

We have not been paid AT ALL. We applied our roofing system and have not been paid a DIME. We keep getting the run around, we have showed up to their office trying to talk this through and we keep getting dodged. How are they even in business. This is regarding Grange at Westgate located at 4704 Sunset Trail, Austin, TX 78745

This company will contract you to buy materials and pay for all labor for a job, then not pay invoices for 4-5 months. Some invoices don't get paid
