We have done probably 25 jobs over 3 years. So far i have never had a payment issue. They do have the weird 50/40/10 payment schedule so make sure you get the retention.
Payments are typical about Net 30. We do alot of work for this company for a very many years have learned to never ever do work without work order document approval or you get burned. Policy is pretty straightforward in their contracts and they follow them.

Pay great and fast as long as you get your paperwork in to them.
They paid "ok" not the fastest, but not the worst either. I kind of like working for them. Very very fast pace jobs, with everybody on top of each other! Some folks don't like that but my crew is fast and good so we make all other Finish Subs look like cry babies. I would work again for them.
