How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
Extremely slow to pay. Unreasonable scheduling demands with trades working on top of each other. Asks you to move all your other projects around to accommodate his last minute changes but when it comes time to pay, he will hammer you on your invoices and drag your payments out for months. Very poor communication skills. Do not work for the GC if you have any self respect.
Slow to pay and won't pay for changes that he requests. Don t work with this contractor.
