How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
CBRE won't release the final payment for the Chase job located at 1000 E. Basse Rd, SA, TX. Keep making excuses so the General Contractor can't pay their Subcontractors' Retainage. Will never do a job for CBRE again. Poor work ethics. I've completed my portion of this job and they can't release my portion of Retainage. Be careful.
They have 105 day terms. Currently they are outstanding at 154 days. No one will answer e-mails or calls regarding payments.
