Never had any issues getting paid. Accounting department is responsive and easy to work with. Their contracts clearly state billing procedures and payment schedule. As long as you follow the procedures you will be paid within 30 days of them receiving funding as stated in the contract.
Owed retention for over a year now they offered penny's on the dollar to settle out. We had no issues on the job finished on time with no delays, no back charges and all change orders agreed and written. RUN will only do this one job for them. Never again!
Cannon have cut back our scope of work for no reason, withheld payment and threatened back charges. We are having to go to law to try to recover substantial money owed. They are the worst type of bullying GC that a sub-contractor could work with. Completely untrustworthy and unscrupulous. Be warned!
