they pay slow, be careful what you sign with them they are out to protect themselves and do not care about you , I hate to put this out there but please be careful dealing with this company they will put you out of business

They owe us approximately $38,000 on two separate projects. When contacted they refer to not being paid by the owner and seem very annoyed that we ask for information about being paid.

This was the first time that we had used Brinkman and for the most part the people have been fairly easy to work with. However, they have a stringent 'Pay before you are Paid' policy and that was hidden in the contract lingo. Needless to say, that was a bit of a surprise and we had to utilize our LOC. I may have a more positive outlook if I was made aware of that prior to signing the contract.
